Protection for Volunteer sign-up procedure

All Volunteers are initially assigned a “Pre-Volunteer” role. If the user does not complete the Volunteers Skills and Information form and the safety quiz to change that role from “Pre-Volunteer” to “Volunteer”, the system will expire the “Pre-Volunteer” account after 7 days and the user account will be deleted on next cron run. Additionally, staff administers these accounts on a regular basis.
